Data Retention and Deletion
When you delete your account, different types of data are handled as follows:
Deleted Data:
- Personal Information: Your name, email address, and other identifying details.
- Usage Data: Activity logs, search history, and interaction records within the app.
Retained Data:
- Transactional Data: Purchase history or payment records may be retained for legal and accounting purposes.
- Anonymized Data: we keep anonymized data for analytics.
- Support Interactions: Customer service interactions and queries may be stored for a specified period.
Retention Period:
- Pending Deletion: We keep your data for a brief period of 90 days after deletion to allow account recovery.
